Spatial panel data models analysis on investment of provincial R&D and regional economical growth in China

为了分析研发溢出与自身经济增长和周边经济增长之间的相互作用，本文基于MRW（1992）模型，在1997 - 2004年数据基础上加入空间变量，分析了研发投资对中国区域经济增长的影响。检验结果表明，省级r&d投入具有明显的空间相关性，空间面板数据模型表明，相邻企业r&d投入每增加1%，该省经济增长幅度为0.24%；相邻企业r&d投入每增加1%，该省经济增长幅度为0.4%；邻近高校和研究机构的r&d投入每增加1%，全省经济增长可提高0.05%。也就是说，邻域r&d投资对省域经济增长起到了一定的拉动作用。
In order to analyze the interaction between RD spillover 、own economical growth and neighboring economical growth,This paper analyses RD investment affecting regional economical growth in China based on the model of MRW(1992),by adding the spatial variable based on the data between 1997 and 2004.The test results show that the provincial RD investment has an obviously spatial correlation,Spatial Panel Data Models shows that with the increasing of Neighboring R D investment 1%,the provincial economical growth increase 0.24%,with the increasing of Neighboring Enterprises'RD investment 1%,the provincial economical growth increase 0.4%;with the increasing of Neighboring University' and Research Organization' R D investment 1%,the provincial economical growth increase 0.05%.,that is to say Neighboring R D investment plays a role in the provincial economical growth.
