In view of the dynamic problem of bulk solids at discharge,a kind of method for calculating wall pressure due to materials in the silo is introduced,vertical and horizontal pressure are measured using micro earth pressure cells in laboratory,lateral pressure coefficient of testing and calculating are compared.The method of adjustment lateral pressure coefficient is discussed.The paper can have certain reference value for analysing pressure of materials on the wall of a hopper or bin.
