To the Editor—The scientific community must encourage participation in healthy discourse to reaffirm the importance of critical skepticism as an essential part of the scientific method. Therefore, I wish to convey my gratitude to Drs Coudray, Kiplagat, and Madhivanan [1] for thoroughly analyzing my article [2]. My response will begin with what is most pertinent to the scientific community, that is grey literature, followed by the debate of one versus multiple authors in the extraction of data, and end by the vulnerability of protocol registration. Concerns regarding the PRISMA checklist within the article will also be addressed.
