Four compounds were firstly isolated from the culture of Aliernaria sp. FL25, an endophytic fungus from Ficus carica. On the basis of spectroscopic data (MS, H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR), the four compounds were identified as fumitremorgin B (1), fumitremorgin C (2), helvolic acid (3) and cyclo-(Phe-Ser) (4). These compounds exhibited significantly inhibitory activities on the growth of the tested phytopathogenic fungi. Fig 1, Tab 1, Ref 10
