On arrival, her electrocardiogram (ECG) showed ST-elevations in leads II, III, AVF, V2 to V6, reciprocal ST-depression in lead AVR and depressed PTa segments in leads II, III, and AvF (Fig. 1). Because of suspected myocardial infarction, cardiac catheterization was performed, showing normal coronary flow,
