This action provides travel support for a participant in the Symposium on Steel in Buildings to be held in Luxembourg in September, 1985. The participant is an invited speaker by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium at the session of "Earthquakes and Steel Buildings" and will speak on "Ductility of Structural Elements". He will also attend two pre-symposium meetings in the Steering Group of the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat, and Task Group on International Cooperation on Stability Studies.
