This is the fourth Bridge Workshop under the auspices of the Joint UJNR-Panel on Wind and Seismic Effects. The workshop is for three days, in San Diego, California preceding the annual meeting of the representatives of the two countries in Washington, D.C. The Workshop will discuss current research projects and plans for future cooperative programs.
