It is proposed to hold the 11th International Seminar on Ion Atom Collisions (ISIAC XI) in Manhattan, Kansas August 3.4 1989. The ISIAC is a satellite of the International Conference on Electronic and Atomic Collisions (ICPEAC), being held in New YOrk City. Topics for ISIAC XI will include: high velocity collisions, low velocity collisions, multiple electron transitions, laser assisted collisions, correlation effects, state selected collisions, relativistic effects, highly charged ions, and hot topics.
