Participation by US scientists will be assured for the 13th Congress of the International Primatological Society, to be held in Nagoya/Kyoto, Japan, July 18-24. 1990. The International Primatological Society is an international, interdisciplinary society of scientists whose common bond is that they study non- human primates. The aims of the society, reflected in their international meeting held every two years, are to encourage all areas of primate research, to facilitate cooperation among scientists of all nationalities, and to promote the conservation and judicious scientific use of non-human primates throughout the world.
