The objective of the 28th Society of Engineering Science Annual Meeting, to be held at University of Florida, November 6-8, 1991, is foster exchange of information among 200-250 scientists and engineers. The particular goal of this proposal is to secure NSF support to subsidize travel and meeting expenses for 100 graduate students enrolled in Ph.D. programs throughout the nation. Women and minorities will be particularly encouraged to attend.
