项目摘要
The objective of this research is to develop an understanding of the microstructural aspects of contaminated clays. Specific objectives are: 1. to quantify the physical adsorption of contaminants by clay particles; 2. to quantify the change in physico-chemical forces between clay particles as a result of change in pore fluid chemistry; 3. to investigate the change in fabric resulting from the change in physico-chemical forces; 4. to investigate the change in engineering properties resulting from the above factors. The properties investigated are physical adsorption, stress-strain strength relation, compressibility and hydraulic conductivity.
本研究的目的是发展对污染粘土微观结构方面的理解。具体目标有:量化粘土颗粒对污染物的物理吸附;2. 量化孔隙流体化学变化对粘土颗粒间物理化学力的影响;3. 研究由物理化学力的变化引起的织物的变化;4. 研究上述因素对工程性能的影响。研究了其物理吸附性能、应力-应变强度关系、可压缩性和导水性。
