9411529 Bienkiewicz The principal investigator will participate in the First Conference of the International Wind Engineering Forum hosted by the Building Research Institute, Ministry of Construction of Japan. The meeting will take place in Tokyo, Japan, on March 11- 19, 1994. He will make a presentation on the activities of the Cooperative Program in Wind Engineering between Texas Tech and Colorado State Universities. The transfer of information and cooperation between the wind engineering research communities from United States and Japan will benefit both countries and, through activities of this nature, joint research projects will result. ***
