9453185 Tomanek This is a one year planning grant project to provide funds associated with a year-long process for the North Dakota Teacher Enhancement Project. The Planning Grant will be used to improve and refine the proposed project in the following areas: 1. Involvement with the schools and school personnel 2. Curriculum identification for the summer program (both content and pedagogy. The planning grant will provide financial support of the following activities: 1. Travel--to collaborate with key individuals from across the state. 2. Project Refinement and Development--the PI will devote a significant amount of time in the summer for project development. 3.
