This grant provides funding to support the travel of students selected to present research papers at the first student conference of the South-Central Computational Science in Minority Institutions Consortium (SC-COSMIC). The consortium includes major research institutions, minority universities and colleges, community colleges, and independent school districts located in Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, New Mexico, and Arizona. Students from all of the institutions in the consortium are expected to present papers at the conference, which is scheduled for Oct.22-25,1995
