ECS-9726296 Venkata This funding is requested in order for ten U.S. experts to offer two tutorials, two state-of-the-art papers at the International Conference to be held in New Delhi, India during September 10-11, l997. The conference is jointly sponsored/organized b the CIGRE (Paris), CIGRE (India), and Central Board of Irrigation and Power (CBIP), India. The organizers are seeking active international participation to provide a forum for academia, engineers, and researchers in industry to discuss the latest developments in power quality. The primary purpose of the U.S. participation is to disseminate and transfer the latest research ideas via the two tutorials and papers.
