9843121 CURTIS The 8(a) contractor, Permanent Solution Industries, Inc., will provide management, engineering and inspection services to the Office of Polar Programs. Work shall be accomplished pursuant to and as directed by written Task Order, and is classified within two broad work areas: Technical and Program Support (e.g., information system and database development) Management Services and Analysis (e.g., strategic planning, project management and inspection services) This requirement was offered to and accepted by the U.S. Small Business Administration. This contract was solicited and awarded on a sole-source basis per the authority at 15 USC 637(a) and FAR Part 6.302-5. The 8(a) contractor has certified itself as a small-disadvantaged business concern.
