99010699HackingThis project represents an interagency agreement related to the MOA between NSF, the U.S. Navy and other agencies in support of an annual science cruise on board a U.S. Navy nuclear submarine (SCICEX). It covers the costs for the Arctic Submarine Laboratory's expenses for baseline support and data acquisition. This funding covers: Consultation with agencies and participating scientists; Development of the Science Test Plan and Operation Order; Preparation for and attendance at planning meetings; TEMPALT repair/refurbishment, re-installation; and checkout: Coordination of and participation in loadout of scientific equipment; TEMPALT de-installation; Data declassification and release.
