OPTICS Conference Student Support; April 16-17, 1999; North Carolina

The conference has been organized to bring together the growing industrial and university optics community in the North and South Carolina region. Invited and contributed presentations will include applied and basic research as well as presentations on business aspects of optical technology in Carolinas UNC Charlotte will host the conference, which is co-sponsored by local optics industry. The NSF funds will be used to support student participation in the conference.
