英文摘要
Patient studies: PET-CT studies will be performed in patients with multiple myeloma (MM) after application of F-18-Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) and F-18-Fluorodeoxythymidin (FLT) (n=60 patients) or Ga-68-Pentixafor (n=40 patients) prior and after therapy. All tracers will be compared with the clinical based MRD (minimal residual disease). PET-CT and PET-MRI studies will be performed (n=60 pa-tients) and each component will be compared with each other as well as with diagnostic MRI (B8) and gene expression data (B1). Animal studies: Osteoporotic rats with a femur defect will be studied with PET-CT using FDG and NaF in cooperation with T1 and T2. Different biomaterials will be assessed by FDG and NaF with respect to new bone formation and defect healing. The imaging data will be compared to histologic and gene expression data (B12).
