Travel Support for the 17th International Conference on Nucleation and Atmospheric Aerosols (ICNAA); Galway, Ireland; August 13-17, 2007

This travel award will facilitate the participation of primarily students and postdocs and early career research scientists in the 17th International Conference on Nucleation and Atmospheric Aerosols (ICNAA) to be held in Galway, Ireland from August 13 to17, 2007. This meeting represents one of the premiere international meetings that exist at the interface of disciplines involved in studying the formation, physical and chemical properties, transformations, and cloud and climate impacts of atmospheric aerosol particles. It is anticipated that support will be provided to about 12 applicants. A selection of members from the international advisory committee for the ICNAA conference will review applications with an aim to support applicants in a fair manner that represents a cross-section of the contribution areas of the meeting, and considers applicant need beyond other available funding support.
