The Presidential Awards for Excellence in Science, Mathematics and Engineering Mentoring (PAESMEM) is an honorary award. The National Science Foundation (NSF) administers the award program on behalf of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP). Among the awardees are seven individuals. No organizations were selected for the award in 2013. The awardees represent the following states: California, District of Columbia, Florida, Massachusetts, New York, and Texas.
