The duties of a pneumatological ecclesiology and a reformulation of the theological foundations of canon law have not been edited in context. This means that the necessary relation of the canon law to a pneumatological understanding of the church has to be shown, and on the other hand, that the enduring relationship of the Church in the Spirit has to be expressed in their understanding of the law and its legal form.
