英文摘要
All genomes have been sequenced and assembled for this project. The final dataset includes 48 genomes, 26 of which are scaffolded. These genomes have an average N50 of 43 Mb, BUSCO completeness scores of 99.4%, and QV scores of 45. Pipelines for genome evolution have been tested and suggest that genome architecture is relatively well conserved across termites. Most structural variants consist of copy number variants (insertions and deletions) and transposable elements. An alignment and new phylogenetic tree are being generated to map the variants. Variants will then be linked to different ecological traits.I presented the preliminary results at two international and two domestic conferences. Manuscripts are in preparation.
