项目摘要

今年度は昨年度に明らかになった知見を投稿論文化しつつ、新たな分析を追加で行い、博士論文の執筆を進めた。特に、研究目的の2点目に焦点化して今年度は分析を行った。昨年度から引き続き分析している、規模間賃金格差と職務の関連について、規模間賃金格差の源泉は、インフォーマルなOJTによる労働力の質の違いにあると先行研究では言われていたが、インフォーマルなOJTの源泉である遂行している職務の高度さは賃金とは異なり、必ずしも、企業規模間で偏在的に配分されているとは言えないことを明らかにした。この結果をまとめた研究論文は、社会学系の研究雑誌に掲載された。また、遂行している職務の中でも従来、正規雇用が中心に担っているとされる指導・判断業務の配分構造について分析を行った。結果、特に女性に関して、非正規雇用比率が高い産業で従事している正規雇用ほど、指導・判断業務をより担っているにもかかわらず、賃金は逆に低くなるという傾向が見られた。そしてこの傾向は、男性では見られず、産業構造が職務に与える影響は男女で同一ではなく、サービス産業化は女性にとって必ずしも有利ではない産業構造の変化である可能性を明らかにした。この結果をまとめた論文は社会学系の雑誌に掲載予定である。以上の分析結果を踏まえて、博士論文の執筆作業を進めた。労働市場の構造的要因によって、賃金や付加給付、職務といった多様な「仕事の質」の配分構造がそれぞれ異なり、これらの結果を総合して浮かび上がる、労働市場の構造に関する理論的整理を行った。
