「乳幼児期の自己認識を支える発達連関　～両手同時・交互開閉操作と実行機能に着目して～」を研究テーマとし、以下の2つの研究について所属機関の倫理委員会に申請し承認を得た。〔研究１〕幼児期の自己認識と手指操作・実行機能の発達連関保育施設２か園の合計72名の幼児を対象として、①自己認識（自画像の描画課題）、②手指操作（左右の手指の開閉把握）、及び③実行機能（DCCS課題）を定量的に分析し、３つの機能の関連性を検討した。先行研究とは異なる貴重な結果が得られ、今後論文投稿する予定である。2021年8月より児童発達支援事業所での調査を開始し、2022年3月末時点で30名の幼児の実験を完了した。保育施設の対象児と比較し、発達に特別な支援を要する子どもたちへの体系的な保育・療育の方法を考察している。また、特に重要な事例については新版Ｋ式発達検査2020を実施して発達の特徴を把握し、3つの機能との関連性を精査中である。また、申請者の修士論文の基礎資料を分析して、幼児期の手指の交互開閉と自己認識の関連性を新たに解明し、2022年3月に日本応用心理学会の機関誌「応用心理学研究」に投稿した。〔研究２〕発達に支援が必要な子どもたちとの関わりにおけるポジティブな経験の重要性2021年8月に保育施設1か園、児童発達支援事業所1か所の職員を対象として、支援者向けのアンケートを実施した。その後、11～12月に保育施設2か園、児童発達支援施設6施設の協力を得て、合計139の回答を得た。アンケートに記述された「ポジティブな経験に関するエピソード」の内容を質的・量的に分析し、所属施設や経験年数などの属性との関連性を検討した。また、子どもたちの保護者にも同様のアンケート調査を行って、保育・療育の専門職者の回答との相違点を考察している。ポジティブ経験に関する調査研究の一部は、日本応用心理学会第87回大会で発表した。
