2022年度は、前年度に引き続き、岩国市立岩国学校教育資料館が所蔵する和漢古典籍のうち、「郷土図書」に分類される資料の閲覧調査を行った。第一収蔵庫に保管される「郷土図書」資料は多くが近代の洋装本や地図資料であるが、中には近世後期の写本や版本も存在することがわかったため、急遽調査を行うことにしたものである。結果的に写本・版本の点数は少なかったけれども、同館が所蔵する和漢古典籍の悉皆調査においては見逃すことのできない資料である。これに加えて、２階の郷土資料展示室における展示ケース内に配置された図書類の中の写本・版本についても同様に調査を行い、書誌情報をデータ化した。そして、上記の資料を合わせて、「岩国市立岩国学校教育資料館所蔵和漢書分類目録―「郷土図書」資料の部―」として目録を作成した。これによって、同館所蔵の和漢古典籍分類目録の作成は完了した。続いて、同館所蔵和漢古典籍の書名索引を作成した。これまでに作成して発表した「教科書」「文書類」「郷土図書」各資料の分類目録に基づいた総合書名索引で、資料番号を併記することにより、書名索引だけで資料の出納が可能になるよう配慮した。その他、分類目録「教科書」資料の部には掲載しなかった明治20年代以降の和綴じ教科書類についても書誌調査を行い、データを収集した。次年度に作成予定の総合目録にはそれらの資料も加える計画である。また、岩国市中央図書館所蔵の和装図書についても分類を再検討し、古典籍の分類法による分類を行った。書名から内容がわかりにくい資料については、同図書館に出向いて再調査を行い、分類を確定した。これによって、分類目録に改編するためのデータが整った。
