项目摘要

本年度は、①『洗心洞詩文』所収詩と未収録詩の注釈のブラッシュアップ、②新資料の収集、③刊本所収詩と新資料の注釈から発展させた大塩の詩風と思想の理解、④大塩が目の当たりにした化政および天保期の文化と権力の問題等に進展を見た。①については、注釈を語釈のレベルから、大塩の思想や時代背景と結びつける段階に至った。②は、大阪歴史博物館に寄託されている屏風（個人蔵）所載の大塩自筆詩の調査から知り得たことを講演会において発表（2022年12月10日「文人　大塩平八郎」於2022年度関西大学東京泊園塾「大塩平八郎を問う～与力と文人の『反乱』～）、また、2023年2月には新出詩を含む大塩七言詩屏風を発見、購入。その成果を講演会において発表し（2023年3月25日「詩に遊ぶ大塩ー新出資料が教えてくれること」於大塩事件研究会「大塩中斎忌記念行事」）、その内容が読売新聞に掲載された（2023年4月29日『讀賣新聞』朝刊「大塩平八郎漢詩の掛け軸　京都で発見」）。またその詩の解釈については、雑誌『混沌』（混沌会刊）に掲載される（投稿済み、現在編集中、2023年上半期中に刊行予定）。③に関しては、まず、大塩には河畔で賦した詩が多く、その描き方には岡田半江ら大坂の文人の影響があるが、さらに自らを屈原と重ね合わせていることを証して、前述の講演「文人　大塩平八郎」で発表した。さらに④については、大塩の朝顔を詠った詩から、それが当時の変化朝顔栽培のブームを背景にしたものであること、その栽培に大阪の富豪殿村茂済が関わっていたこと、さらに茂済、村田春門、水野忠邦との関わりに説き及び、文雅と世渡りが絡み合った当時の状況を描き出した。この考察は論文「朝顔好みと朝顔嫌い―殿村平右衛門と大塩平八郎―」にまとめた（『上方文藝研究』20号、上方文藝研究の会、2023年6月頃刊行予定）。
