项目摘要

“英雄譜”あるいは『三國水滸全傳』などと称するテキスト群は、二段組みで上に『水滸伝』、下に『三国演義』を掲載し、清代後半の『漢宋奇書』に至る興味深い資料である。代表者は以前、そこでの『水滸伝』がいわゆる簡本であって、けして繁本すなわち百回本や百二十回本そして七十回本の類ではないことに注目しつつ、併載の『三国演義』の底本にも留意しながら、このテキスト群相互の関係について分析し、基本的な関係を解明した。その後およそ10年の間に、劉世徳・鄧雷・中川諭・周文業らによる関連の研究が国内外で発表されたが、これらを批判的に検証しつつ、劉氏が世に問い鄧氏が異を唱えた六巻残本の問題や、併載される『三国演義』の底本問題も含めて、研究上看過できない関連の諸問題について、さらに調査・分析を行ない、その結果を明らかにした。さて『忠義〔王＋旋〕図』は『水滸伝』の派生作品の一つだが、宮廷で上演された長編戯曲（古典劇）であり、現在伝わるテキストは清代後半の改変を経たものと目される。代表者は以前そこでの武松を描く場面を中心に、改変前の姿を伝える残本（端本）や、清代の代表的戯曲選集『綴白裘』などと比較研究を行なったことがある、今年度は楊雄と石秀を描く場面について、先駆となる沈自晋『翠屏山』や、上述の『綴白裘』などと対照しつつ検討を加え、小説『水滸伝』の外側に広がる一種の平行世界について、その具体相を示した。『忠義〔王＋旋〕図』は非常に大部なものであるが、このような個別の研究の蓄積によって、作品自体はもちろん清代後半における『水滸伝』の受容や当時の中国における戯曲（古典劇）の実態など関連の諸問題が、今後着々と解明されるであろう。ほかに江戸時代の唐話辞書『俗語解』における『水滸伝』の問題に関しても改めて調査・分析を行ない、旧稿の一部を補正しつつ見解を深化させた原稿が、公表を待っている。
