项目摘要

本研究の目的は、新潟の詩人、浅井十三郎（本名：關矢與三郎 1908-56）が戦前・戦後を通じて刊行した詩誌『詩と詩人』（1939-57 通巻112号）および、敗戦後の焦土でいち早く発刊された『現代詩』（1946-50 通巻37号）の検討を通じて、同時期の朝鮮半島の詩人および文学運動とのつながりを明らかにすることである。2022年度は浅井十三郎の次男（以下「次男氏」と記載）にお会いし、未見であった『新日本詩鑑』第一輯（詩報発行所、1938年11月）および肉筆原稿「九月詩選」（400字詰め原稿用紙一枚）、『現代詩人住所録（非売品）』（詩と友情社、1940年）等を閲覧するとともに、幼少期の思い出を伺うことができた。たとえば、戦後日本詩史において「荒地」と並び称される「列島」（1952-55）同人の長谷川龍生（1928-2019）が並柳の浅井宅にひと月にわたり滞在（居候）したことを書き残しているが（「浅井十三郎の幽霊」『詩学』1962年4月号）、次男氏は確かに長谷川を記憶していた。同じく、後に「列島」同人となる湯口三郎（1923-55）も浅井宅2階に寄宿していたことを証言された。湯口は『詩と詩人』93号（1950年5月）および『氷河期（「詩と詩人通信」改題』）を編集している。併せて、魚沼市並柳区長より浅井作詞の「広神行進曲」（『村づくり』通巻2号、1955年10月25日発行）を提供いただいた。1955年3月に新潟県北魚沼郡広瀬村と薮神村が合併して広神村となり、村会議員に選出された浅井は多忙を極めたが、期せずしてその約1年半後に急逝した浅井の晩年の生き様が、関根弘『青春の文学』（三一新書、1959年）に記されていることも確認できた。
