项目摘要

本研究の目的は、第一に、古代エジプト語の神官文字写本を対象とした言語記述の実践を行うことにある。対象資料は第19-20王朝時代の書簡とする。具体的にはエジプト北部の新都ペルラメセスで執筆された書簡９通とエジプト南部の古都テーベで執筆された書簡７通を対象とし、文字、形態素・語、構文について地域差含めた言語記述を行う。第二に、①言語記述の結果、②神官文字のIIIF画像、③開発済みの神官文字字形データベース、の３点をシームレスに統合させた検索システムを開発する。言語記述班では、昨年度に実施したエジプト北部地方の書簡記述に加え、今年度はエジプト南部地方の書簡７通（ Leiden I 369～1971, トTurin 1975, BM 10375, BM 10284, BM 10100）のそれぞれについて、文法記述を実施した。書簡ごとの要素の異同については、現在、検討中である。システム構築班において、昨年度作成した全文検索機能に加えて、今年度は記述言語学に基づく文字、語・形態素、構文といった様々な観点からの検索を実現するための機能開発を行った。具体的には、ファセットによる絞り込み機能や、各観点に基づくフィルタ機能の実装を行った。このシステム開発をオープンソースのソフトウェア上で行うことで、成果物のコミュニティへの還元もあわせて実施した。今後は、言語記述の成果を原資料のIIIF画像に連携させるプラットフォームを構築させるともに、申請代表者と分担者らが開発した「『ヒエラティック古書体学』データベース」をプラットフォームにリンクさせる作業を実施する予定である。

The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between language and practice. The corresponding data are from the 19th and 20th dynasties.
