项目摘要

本研究の主たる問いは、①中国共産党（以下：中共）・中華人民共和国政府（以下：人民政府）はどのような政治過程を経て在日中国人団体と中国関連団体の支持を獲得したのか、これらの団体の活動は日本国内の対中共・人民政府イメージの好転に対しどのような役割を果たしたのか、そうしたイメージの好転は日中国交正常化にどのような影響を与えたのか、②中華民国政府（以下：国府）はどのような過程を経て在日中国人団体と中国関連団体の支持を喪失していったのか、これらの団体の支持の喪失は日本国内の国府イメージの悪化にどのような影響を与えたのか、かかる日本の国府イメージの悪化は日華断交にどのような影響を与えたのか、という点にある。2022年度では、初年度で収集した史資料のデータベース化を行い、2021年度コロナ禍のため、収集できなかった史資料の収集も行った。特に収集した親中共及び親国府の諸団体の機関紙に関する分析を主に行い、これらの団体の設立過程から、中国の内戦を経て、親中共と親国府の団体へと変身する要因を分析した。1952年以降、国府が日本との外交関係を有し、大使館を設置しているにもかかわらず日本国民の支持を失ったのに対して、外交関係がない人民政府が、正式な政府人員を日本に駐在させられなかったにもかかわらず、日本国民、世論の高い支持を得ることができた構造を解明した。これは、国際関係史・外交史、メディア史、政治学的にみても、興味深い事象である。かかる構造は、今日では国交のある中国へのイメージの著しい悪化、断交して大使館を置けずに台北駐日経済文化代表処しか設置できない台湾への良好な国民感情の形成という、正反対の様相が見られていることに鑑みれば、日中台関係が今後どのような展望を見せるのかを検討する際にも学術的意義があり、社会還元を果たしうるものと考える。

History of International Relations, History of Diplomacy, History of Political Science China's diplomatic relations with Japan have been transformed and severed. Taipei's Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan has been set up. Taiwan's good national feelings have been formed. Positive and negative relations have been discussed. Japan-China-Taiwan relations will be discussed in the future. The society also has the original fruit.
