（Ⅰ）国際動産物品売買条約（ＣＩＳＧ）の最新情報を得るためのコンメンタールの翻訳作業Ⅲ期のうち、様々な協力を得て、Ⅱ期（2／3）まで終えることができた。次年度には、Ⅲ期を経て、最終作業に取り掛かる予定である。（Ⅱ）コロナの一応の収束により、海外出張が可能になり、ドイツマックスプランク研究所とBucerius Law School、ウィーン大学にて調査研究し、シンポジウムに参加した。①海外シンポジウムでは、(a)「ＣＩＳＧの最新状況と今後の国際契約の調和」について、世界のＣＩＳＧ研究者が集まり議論を交わした。情報収集・情報交換の場として多くの示唆を得ることができた。(b)仲裁実務で国際契約・ＣＩＳＧに携わる世界の実務家のシンポジウムでは、ＣＩＳＧや国際契約の実務における現状について議論が交わされ、実務の状況を踏まえた理論の意義を考えることができた。②海外の著名な研究者・実務家とのインタビューにより生の最新の情報を得ることができた。各方面の専門家と、今後の協力体制や研究の方向性などの打合せを行い、今後の進め方について改善する契機となった。また研究所では、特に最新のデーターを得ることができ、その情報をもとに今後の調査検討が大きく進展した。（Ⅲ）上述（Ⅰ・Ⅱ）を踏まえ、今後の研究体制を改善・より進展させながら再検討し、ＣＩＳＧを中心軸とする比較法の第2段階に向け作業を進めた。
