本研究の目的は、規範政治理論にける職場デモクラシー論の「範囲」の問題を１）個別の組織内部の民主的統治と社会正義との関係、２）職場デモクラシーと再生産労働との制度的関係という二つの観点から検討することである。2022年度の研究計画は、１）の検討を継続するとともに２）に関する検討を開始することであった。１）については、人々を社会的に位置付ける背景的な構造の生成に対する社会的アクターの関与を認めるアイリス・マリオン・ヤングの構造的正義論を援用し、職場デモクラシーと社会正義の関係について考察した。具体的には、支配の防止や市民教育的機能を焦点化する既存の職場民主主義論に対し、対等な社会関係の実践を通じて背景的構造を生成する社会的プロセスを方向づける政治的アクターとしての民主的企業理解を提示した。これを英語論文としてまとめて海外ジャーナルに投稿し、2022年度中は査読コメントにもとづいて複数回の修正を行なった。また、公正な政治参加における民主的結社の重要性に注目し、職場デモクラシーの政治性に関する議論をさらに発展させた論文を海外ジャーナルに投稿した。2)については、ケア論やケアデモクラシーに関する先行研究のレビューを行い、職場デモクラシー論との関係を検討中である。

The purpose of this study is to standardize the relationship between workplace governance and social justice in individual organizations, and to discuss the relationship between workplace governance and reproduction and institutional issues. The 2022 research plan is: 1) to start the discussion; 2) to start the discussion. 1) The relationship between social justice theory and workplace justice theory is investigated in the context of social position and social structure. The concrete purpose is to focus on the prevention and control of the function of civic education, to promote the understanding of the existing workplace democracy theory, to promote the social relations and the practical background structure, and to promote the development of the political and democratic enterprises. This is the first time that I have submitted an English paper to the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The importance of democratic association in fair political participation is noted, and the political relevance of workplace participation is discussed. 2) In the process of research and discussion, the relationship between workplace and workplace is discussed.
