项目摘要

本研究は、所得・リスクの配分を家族内あるいは市場取引で行うかという「家族と市場の境界」の問題について、理論モデルを構築した上で、沖縄における実地調査に基づき実証分析を行うことを目的とする。研究の着想は、生産要素の調達を内製あるいは市場取引で行うかというコースの「企業と市場の境界」からの類推にある。地縁・血縁に基づく拡大家族が社会的アイデンティティを形成する沖縄を取り上げ、親族経営の事業承継を事例とする。具体的には，Aghion and Tirole(1997)の不完備契約の下での権限委譲モデルを発展させ親から子へあるいは経営者市場で見出される第三者への名目権限の委譲が、どのような条件の下で安定した事業承継となるかについて、Alger and Weibull(2010)の動学的進化過程の安定性条件を用いて理論的に示す。また、沖縄の親族企業に対するアンケート調査やヒアリング調査を用いて実証するものである。2022年度においては、2021年度に引き続き親族内承継による安定的な企業成長はいかなる条件の下で達成されるかについて、承継プロセスにおける親族内の名目権限移譲に関する理論モデルの精緻化に取り組んだ。また、沖縄における社会ネットワークの重要性に関して、「沖縄県県民意識調査」個票データ分析について着手するのと同時に、沖縄県民の社会ネットワークの基礎をなしているアイデンティティ調査の一環として、第7回世界ウチナンチュ大会及び第25回WUB世界大会に関するイベントに企画段階から参加した。また、沖縄の女性後継者を対象としたヒアリング調査を実施し、内閣府沖縄総合事務局などと共同でイベントを開催した。アンケート調査については、全国の建設業を対象として日本M&Aセンターと共同で経営者の能力と事業承継・M&Aに関する調査を実施し、データ整理を行っている。
