これまで、日本の賃金が上がらない要因を、EUKLEMSデータベース（国民経済計算）を用いて、日本、アメリカ、イギリス、ドイツ、フランス、スウェーデンの国際比較により、雇用者報酬が下落する経済（日本）と上昇する経済（日本以外）で、実質賃金率上昇率に大きな違いをもたらすことを明らかにした。今年度は、各国の労働市場で、賃金の決まり方がどのように異なっているのか文献調査を行った。
