项目摘要

わが国の大学生（N＝１８３９）が正社員を目指す心理を構造的に明らかにし、行動実践面との関連性を検討した。具体的には、Harren(1979)の概念尺度を用いて、「正社員になること」「正社員であること」「正社員として働く」という類型ごとに正社員意識に関する因子抽出を行った。その結果、３つの類型とも２因子構造を有することが分かった。「正社員として働く」は「堅実・安定志向」「地元志向」で構成され、この２つの就業スタイルで大学生が思い描く働くイメージ全体の８割程度が説明できた。　　　　　　　　　「自らの正社員イメージに基づいてキャリア意思決定を行う」という仮説モデルに基づき、正社員意識から行動実践面（主体的取組み・就職活動準備）への影響を多次元的アプローチにより実証した。加えて、１６個の個人特性（Gati et al.,2010）と正社員意識の関連についても分析した
