令和4年度における第一の研究実績は、ユニバーサル・バンクにおける商業銀行業務と投資銀行業務の相互関連について示唆を得るために、新規株式上場（IPO）を実施した企業の価格形成過程（ロードショウ、ブックビルディング、公開日の初値形成）に関するデータを用いて分析したことである。分析結果によれば、（１）機関投資家を対象にしたロードショウではIPO企業の価値評価に関する私的な情報は表明されるものの、市場における初値形成には個人投資家を中心とした市場センチメントが大きな役割を果たしていること、（２）ユニバーサル・バンク・グループが主幹事を務める場合にも、IPO銘柄の機関投資家への配分が私的情報の表明とは相関しておらず、ユニバーサル・バンクの持つ情報優位性がIPO株の効率的な価格形成に生かされていないことが示唆された。第二の研究実績は、企業とユニバーサル・バンクとの借入関係が企業の設備投資にもたらす影響を、借入銀行集中度と期間構造の観点から分析したことである。分析結果によれば、（１）借入をユニバーサル・バンク一行に集約するよりも、ユニバーサル・バンク間で分散化した方が設備投資を誘発する確率が高まること、（２）借入期間を長くした方が、設備投資の実施には有利であることが判明した。企業が借入をする場合、ユニバーサル・バンクは情報独占力を行使するが、企業側は借入行を多様化して交渉力を高めることや借入期間を長くすることで対処している実態が示唆された。

The results of the first research conducted in 2010 and 2011 include the analysis of the relationship between commercial banking and investment banking and the implementation of new corporate IPO. The results of the analysis are as follows: (1) Private information related to IPO value evaluation indicates that the market is initially formed, and the individual investor is the center of the market.(2) Private information related to IPO value evaluation indicates that the individual investor is the center of the market. The allocation and privacy information of IPO investors is related to the formation of IPO efficiency. The second part is about the analysis of the relationship between borrowing and enterprise performance, the relationship between borrowing and enterprise equipment investment, and the relationship between borrowing and bank concentration and period structure. The results of the analysis show that (1) if borrowing is concentrated in the server line and decentralized among the servers, the accuracy of equipment investment will be high, and (2) if the borrowing period is longer, the implementation of equipment investment will be beneficial. When the enterprise borrows, the information monopoly power is exercised, and the enterprise borrows the line, the communication power is high, and the borrowing period is long.
