项目摘要

本研究は、ネットワーク組織のどのような構造と特徴が、企業家のネットワーク形成と社会関係資本の獲得に対してどのような役割を果たすのかを問題意識とする。そして、華人企業家のネットワーク組織(中華総商会)を対象に、(a)ネットワーク組織の構造や活動頻度が、構造的隙間の橋渡しによる企業家ネットワーク形成と、社会関係資本の獲得に与える影響について明らかにする。次に、(b)ネットワーク組織内の規範や組織活動が、企業家の参画・貢献を通じた信頼関係の構築による企業家ネットワーク形成と、社会関係資本の獲得に与える影響について明らかにする。そのうえで、(a)と(b)を統合的に説明する理論構築及び実証に貢献することを目的とする。令和4年度は、(a)と(b)について、先行研究のレビューと命題の導出を通じた研究の課題と仮説の導出、研究枠組みの構築を継続して進めた。(a)では、ネットワーク構築の度合いと組織活動の頻度を異なる複数の中華総商会間で比較するため、それらが相対的に高いシンガポール、マレーシアと、相対的に低い日本、インドネシアとを比較する設定とした。次に、(b)では、複数の中華総商会を比較することで、単純な線形関係でない、より複雑な関係を明らかにするための仮説設定と分析プレーワークを準備中である。また、分析対象を、華人企業家のネットワーク組織である「中華総商会」としているため、今後分析を進める予定のシンガポール、マレーシア、日本、インドネシアについて、公表されている年次報告書や活動報告書に基づいて、その組織構造と活動に関するデータベースの構築に継続して取り組んだ。併せて、中国経済経営学会2022年度全国大会の分科会報告2「中国多国籍企業の新展開」において、「華人企業の動向変化：「全球華商1000」をもとに」に関する報告を行った。本報告に関する論文は、令和5年度に取りまとめて発表する予定である。
