项目摘要

昨年度、2つの学会において研究報告をした結果、かなり調査対象を広げて分析を深める必要性を実感したため、今年度は研究報告よりもインタビュー調査に力を入れることに専念した。研究会を月にほぼ2回オンラインで継続し、文献を整理し、インタビュー調査を本研究の中核分析手法とすることに決定した。定量調査を実施するには、スタートアップ他の統計等がまだ整備されていないことについても、各団体にインタビューする過程で明らかになった。これについては、今後、関係者とともに整備する必要性について議論を続けている。今年度は、初年度におこなったテストインタビューおよび文献研究を元にして、メンバーと共同でインタビュー定性調査を実施した。福岡のスタートアップ・エコシステムの関係者の集団を分析しながら、のべ26人に対してインタビュー調査を実施した。すべてのインタビューは記録し文字興しをし、現在オープンコーディング他、テキスト分析を推進している。起業エコシステムを構成する各アクターの利害等について分析している。年度の前半がコロナ禍で海外渡航がまだ自由にはできなかったため、福岡市と大阪市の事例を集中的に分析することを決定した。福岡市の事例を評価するため、福岡エコシステムにおいて重要な役割を果たしたととらえているイベント（明星和楽および明星和楽キャンプ）10周年に2泊3日で参加し、さらに福岡市のスタートアップ支援施設であるFukuoka Growth Next関係者を中心にさらにインタビュー調査先を拡張した。大阪市については、大阪産業局、大阪イノベーションハブ、大阪商工会議所、Xportの運営者に対してインタビュー調査を実施した。大阪公立大学においては研究代表者は起業部設立を支援し、アクションリサーチの一環として、アントレプレナー教育も開始した。
