项目摘要

個人の企業家志向性に関する研究では、多くの研究である一定の特性が企業家志向性と関連していることが示されている。例えば、創造性や革新性、先駆性や自己効力感、自己規制能力といったものが企業家的な行動や起業の意欲と関連していると報告されている。さらに、過去の起業経験や起業に関する学びも企業家行動や起業の意欲を高めることが示されている。ほかにも、家族や同僚、地域社会などのサポート、社会的なネットワークや経験者からの助言も、企業家志向性を促進する要因として報告されている。しかし、どのような尺度を用いて個人の企業家的な志向性を測定するかについては発展途上の段階にある。そこで本年度は，新たな個人の企業家志向性尺度の開発に向けて、基礎的データの収集を行うこととした。対象者はアンケート調査時点において、創業準備を行っていると回答した日本人の大学生125名である。調査内容は、既存尺度で用いられている革新性、先駆性、リスクテイキングに関する10項目を用いた。探索的因子分析を行った結果、日本人を対象とした調査においても先行研究と同様な因子構造となった。さらに、これらの志向性がそれぞれ創業準備を行う活動にどのような影響を与えているのかについて分析を行った。現段階では、個人の企業家志向性の高さが創業への準備を行う回数を高める傾向があることが見えつつある。特に先駆性の高さが創業準備を行う回数に大きな影響を与えている可能性がある。
