项目摘要

Web of Scienceを通じて文化的知性に関する研究の最新動向を探索し、関連研究の論文を収集し、各論文の引用文献、および当該論文間の相互引用頻度を調査検討することで、共通認識された文化的知性の概念規定、およびそれを鍵概念とした定性的、定量的研究を概観した。いくつかの研究の方向性が見出されたが、最も大きな流れは文化的知性を醸成する組織内でのプロセスやその手法に関する研究であり、加えて文化的知性の組織成果との強固なつながりを示唆する研究の流れが確認できた。また地域経済成長の観点から地方企業の国際化活動に着目し、その出発点となる輸出入の貿易活動および海外進出の状況を調査した。地方企業の海外進出においては従前から都道府県の政策支援策と併せて民間の各種支援組織との連携が進展しているが、当該個別企業の経営スキル上の国際化度は依然として未開拓の部分が多く、解決すべき課題を整理したが、これら地域企業で高い国際化度を示している企業には、文化的知性の要因が必要条件として認識され始めている。こうした地域での国際化に向けた活動は関連分野に広くまたがるエコシステムとしての分析視座をも提供すると思われ、企業の国際化と地域デザインとの関連性を確認することができた。最後にWeb of Scienceを通じたサービスの国際化に関する文献レビューを行ったが、我々が考えるサービス・ドミナントロジックを分析概念とする研究は少なくとも国際化とサービスとの関連性ではあまり見受けられず、同概念の国際化という拡大的適用に向けての研究は十分に展開されてない状況が把握でき、この分野における挑戦的課題として認識することができた。
