本研究では、広告分野における中心的課題であるIMCケイパビリティ形成において、組織文化がどのような影響を及ぼすのかを理論的かつ実証的に解明し、実務への応用性の向上を図るべく、議論を進めている。本研究は、以下の3点を基本方針とする。①全社的なIMCと組織文化に関する文献研究、②全社的なIMCのあり方に関する定性調査、③これら①②の分析結果を踏まえ、企業側のマネージャーを対象とした定量調査（アンケート調査）。当該年度に実施した研究業績は、第1に、全社的なIMCに関するエキスパートへのインタビュー調査である。上記①の文献研究を行うとともに、IMCに関するエキスパートへのインタビューを実施し、仮説導出の助けとなる情報を収集した。第2に、上記のインタビュー調査の分析考察から導き出された仮説に基づき、次年度に行う予定の日本企業のブランドマネージャーに対する定量調査(アンケート調査)に向けた調査設計などの事前準備を行った。当該定量調査は、調査専門会社の協力を得て2023年6月頃を目途に実施できる予定である。上記①の文献調査や②の定性調査(インタビュー調査)から得られた仮説に基づいた定量調査(アンケート調査)の調査設計などの事前準備を行ったことにより、一定の成果が得られたと考える。

This study focuses on the topic of IMC formation, organizational culture, and theory. It focuses on the explanation, implementation, and usefulness of IMC. This study focuses on the following three basic policies. (1) Literature research on IMC and organizational culture of the whole company;(2) Qualitative investigation on IMC and organizational culture of the whole company;(3) Quantitative investigation on IMC and organizational culture of the whole company; When the research results for the year were carried out, the company's IMC was the first to be investigated. As part of the literature research described in the above report, information related to IMC's infrastructure is implemented and information is collected to assist in theory derivation. 2. Analysis and investigation of the above-mentioned research and development projects, and preliminary preparation of the research and development projects of Japanese enterprises in the next year. When the quantitative survey is completed, the cooperation of the survey agencies will be completed by June 2023. The above mentioned literature survey, qualitative survey (international survey), basic survey (international survey), survey design, advance preparation, and certain results were obtained.
