项目摘要

本研究の目的は，1990年代以降に女性就業者数が増加した職業の特徴，および，それらと男女間賃金格差との関連を明らかにすることである．日本では，1990年代以降に男女の賃金格差が縮小している．その理由として職業構造の変化が挙げられるが，これまで日本では十分に検討されてこなかった．本研究では，公的統計「就業構造基本調査」を用いて、職業構造の変化と男女間賃金格差の分析を行う．その分析にあたり，①公的統計データの整理，②公的統計データの基礎分析，③職業の女性を把握するためのインターネット調査を実施する．2021年度に公的統計の利用申請（有償）をおこない，2022年度は利用のためのデータの整理（①）をおこなっている．また，③職業構造を把握するために実施したインターネット調査について分析をおこなった．職業によっても，また，同じ職業で働いている場合でも，ジェンダーによって周囲から求められる役割や感情労働のあり方が異なる．さらに，この負担のあり方がジェンダーによっても異なる．この点について分析をし，学会報告をおこなった．2022年度は職業構造に関連する研究を論文にて発表した．職業の選択において大学の専攻分野の選択は重要である．どのような理由で専攻分野が選択されているか，そして専攻分野によってその後の職業選択にどのように影響があるかを発表した．また，職業構造とかかわってスキルの把握は重要な論点であり，語学スキルを分析対象として論文を発表した．
