2021年度に引き続き，名古屋市認知症予防リーダーによる地域実践に関して，リーダー同士及び各区の情報交換を行うためのホームページの開設準備を進め，2022年5月よりホームページの運営を開始した．そこから認知症予防リーダーの実践状況や動向を随時把握することができるようになった．また2021年度に引き続き，Zoomを用いたオンラインによる回想法研修を3クール実施し，受講者に対し受講前後の質問紙調査にて，研修内容やオンラインによる研修方法について，「思い出を語り合う」体験と「共生」の意識や態度について，142名のデータを収集した．さらに名古屋市10区の福祉会館にて，認知症予防リーダー数名に対しフォーカスグループインタビュー調査を実施した．各区毎の認知症予防リーダーの回想法活動に対する「課題意識」や「思い」を分析し，回想法の学びや実践が活動の継続にどのような影響を与えているのか，また質問紙調査に向けて質問項目を検討し作成することを目的とした．調査の内容は，コロナ禍における研修や回想法活動の課題，回想法の学びや実践を通して自分自身に活かせていると思うこと，学び続けたいという思いについて尋ねた．インタビュー結果はICレコーダーで録音し逐語録を作成し分析を行った．最後に，2023年度に実施予定の認知症予防リーダー（想定1000名）に対する全数質問紙調査に向けて，質問紙の検討ならびに作成を行った．以上，本研究は大都市における地域共生社会の実現に向けた人材育成事業のモデルを検証しながら開発していくアクションリサーチである．特に，高齢者同士誰もが行える「思い出を語り合う」実践に着目している点とともに，ビデオ通話ツールを活用した新しい人材育成の手法と，新しい地域実践を創造するうえで意義があるものと考えている．
