项目摘要

本研究課題は、若年女性を対象に月経前症候群（PMS）に影響を及ぼす食事因子を探索することを目的とし、即時的な月経に伴う愁訴の調査（MDQ）による月経前症状を評価し、栄養素等摂取量、食品群別摂取量、食習慣等との関連を検討するものである。令和4年度は、本研究に参加登録を行った月経を有する健常な女子大学生68名（本学栄養科学部在籍）のうち、辞退者、質問票回答不備者等を除いた46名を対象に、月経前症状と食習慣および生活習慣の関連について検討した。その結果、MDQ合計スコアは月経前が月経後に比べて有意に高く、月経前の愁訴が強いことが示された。月経前症状の強さを示すMDQ増加率(%)=(月経前MDQ合計スコア－月経後MDQ合計スコア)/月経後MDQ合計スコア×100は、n-3系脂肪酸摂取量との間に有意な負の相関関係を認めた。しかし、年齢、BMI、エネルギー、その他の栄養素摂取量、食品群別摂取量との有意な関連は認められなかった。食品別摂取頻度では、葉漬物、大豆製品を週4回以上摂取している者は週4回未満の者に比べて、MDQ増加率が有意に高い値を示した。喫煙歴有りの者、飲酒が適量でない者、朝食欠食者のMDQ増加率はそうでない者に比べて有意に高い値を示した。対象者数の不足により、これらの因子を調整した多変量解析を行えていないため、さらに対象者数を増やして検討する必要がある。そのため、令和5年度も令和4年度と同様に調査を実施している状況である。

The purpose of this research topic is to explore the impact of Premenopausal Syndrome (PMS) and the food intake factors in young women, and to explore the real-time companionship of Premenopausal Menstrual Syndrome (PMS). The MDQ is a survey of premenstrual symptoms, nutrient intake, food group intake, eating habits, etc. In the 4th year of Reiwa, 68 female college students (registered in the Faculty of Nursing and Science of this university) participated in this study.
