项目摘要

本課題については以下①から⑤の構成となっている。「①自殺関連問題における生活での危険因子の解明」、「②自殺既遂者の実態調査と分析」、「③自殺未遂者に関する調査と分析」、「④海外調査」、「⑤保護者・学校関係者向け子どもの自殺予防指針開発と防止体制構築」で、これら「①自殺関連問題における生活での危険因子の解明」、「②自殺既遂者の実態調査と分析」、「③自殺未遂者に関する調査と分析」における結果および「④海外調査」をまとめた上にて、「⑤保護者・学校関係者向け子どもの自殺予防指針開発と防止体制構築」を示すものである。令和4年度の研究実績概要であるが、引き続き「①自殺関連問題における生活での危険因子の解明」、「②自殺既遂者の実態調査と分析」、「③自殺未遂者に関する調査と分析」、「④海外調査」、の文献による準備を行った上で、殊に、「②自殺既遂者の実態調査と分析」に関しておよび「④海外調査」についての検討できる事項(訪問調査ではない)を実施した。研究発表業績において少しずつ成果を上げていることがご把握いただけるかと思う。また、コロナ禍もあけ、「④海外調査」に関して訪問調査も実施できるものと考慮する。令和5年度は本研究における最終年度と計画している。研究進行を引き続き想定をしながら現在の状況を改めて見つめ直し、実行速度を上げていく必要がある。その上で、「⑤保護者・学校関係者向け子どもの自殺予防指針開発と防止体制構築」を確立できるようにしていく。

This topic is composed of the following: ① $>$>. "(1) Analysis of risk factors related to suicide,""(2) Survey and analysis of completed suicide,""Survey and analysis of attempted suicide,""Overseas survey,""Development of prevention system for suicide prevention,""(3) Study and analysis of risk factors related to suicide,""(4) Survey and analysis of completed suicide,""③ Analysis of suicide attempt related investigation","④ Overseas investigation","② Protector, school related investigation, suicide prevention indicator development and prevention system construction". The summary of research results in 2010 and 2014 was summarized as follows: (1) Understanding risk factors in life related to suicide,(2) Survey and analysis of completed suicides,(3) Survey and analysis of attempted suicides,(4) Overseas survey, and preparation of literature."② Investigation and analysis of completed suicides" and "④ Overseas investigation" are related to the investigation and discussion (interview investigation). Research performance is a matter of time and effort. "Overseas investigation" is related to the implementation of interview investigation. The final annual plan for this study will be published in the fifth year. Research progress is necessary to determine the current situation and speed. The establishment of "Protector, School Relations, Suicide Prevention, Development and Prevention System Construction"
