令和4年度の研究実績は，大きく2つに分けられる。1つ目については令和3年度から継続して取組が行われていたものである。この取組の具体的目的は，離職に繋がりやすい若い保育者が保護者から苦情を受けた際に生じるストレスを軽減する認知方略を探索することであった。令和3年度は，本研究を行うにあたり実施された，保育者を対象として行った半構造化面接記録を基に，経験の浅い20代の数事例の記録について考察を加え，苦情を受けた際のストレス源と思われる認知及びそれに対応するストレス軽減方略の探索を行った。令和4年度前半は，令和3年度で得られた研究成果をもとに，調査を行った20代保育者に関する全事例の記録について考察を加え，苦情を受けた際のストレス源及びストレス軽減方略の全体像を把握することを目的として研究を行った。半構造化面接では，実際に苦情を受けた経験を想起するよう促し，その苦情の内容や認知，対処方法について問うている。11名が回答した計28の事例についてSCATを用いて分析を行い，58のストレス源及び47のストレス軽減につながる可能性のある認知・行動を類推した。研究の結果，若い保育者が保護者から受けた際にストレスと感じるストレス源は大きく分けて4つ，ストレス軽減につながる可能性のある認知・行動については大きく分けて4つあると考えられた。2つ目については，先の研究結果を基にして，これらを量的に把握することを目的とした研究に関するものである。この研究は令和4年度後半から令和5年度に行うこととしている。現在，質問項目の原案を作成が終了し，その精査を行っている段階である。
