项目摘要

２２年度の研究の中心は、デジタル・シティズンシップ教育を日本の初等中等教育に普及するためにその専門性を育成する教員研修の実施および検証である。次のような研究成果があった。２２年度内に全国４４の小学校・中学校、２１か所の教育委員会で、本課題で開発したデジタル・シティズンシップの教員研修を実施し、６か所の小学校または中学校の児童生徒に対して本課題で開発したデジタル・シティズンシップの授業を実施した。また、本研究で開発したデジタル・シティズンシップの教員研修を受講した教員数（研修受講者のうちアンケート調査に回答した教員数）は、延べ８８２名である。さらに、本研究で開発したデジタル・シティズンシップの授業をうけた小中学生は約１３００名である（そのうち、事前のアンケート調査に回答した生徒数：中学校に限定は約800名程度）。教員研修の実施時に行った調査を集計整理した（論文等は23年度に発表予定）。また、本研究で開発したデジタル・シティズンシップの教員研修に関する記事を執筆した図書を出版した（共著）『デジタル・シティズンシップ＋プラス』（大月書店）、『はじめよう　デジタル・シティズンシップの授業』（日本標準社）。岐阜市教育委員会との共同実践論文「デジタル・シティズンシップの理念に基づくGIGAびらき」を岐阜聖徳学園大学教育実践科学研究センター研究紀要に投稿した。デジタル・シティズンシップに関連して新聞、テレビなどのメディアにコメントを出したほか、各種セミナー、シンポジウムにて本課題の成果についてパネリストや講演者として発表した。

2016 - 2017 The Research Center for Education in Japan conducted research on the popularization of elementary and secondary education and the implementation of teacher training. The results of this research are as follows: In 2002, 44 primary and secondary schools and 21 education committees nationwide conducted teacher training and 6 primary and secondary schools conducted teacher training. The number of teachers who received lectures (the number of teachers who responded to the survey) at the beginning of this study was 882. In addition, this study was conducted among about 1300 primary and middle school students (about 800 students in middle school). A survey of the implementation of teacher training is planned and organized (the paper is scheduled to be published in 2003). This study was published in the journal "Teacher Training"(co-authored)"Teacher Training"(Otsuki Bookstore),"Teacher Training"(Japan Standard Society) Gifu City Board of Education and Joint Implementation Paper "GIGA and Gifu Seitoku Gakuen University Education and Implementation Science Research Center" The results of this project are presented in the form of news, information and presentation.
