①「上越地域における内発的学校改革の実証的・臨床的研究」第2年次報告書の発行（2023年3月）Ⅰ科学研究費助成事業「上越地域における内発的学校改革の実証的・臨床的研究」の概要,Ⅱ上越地域元教育長講演記録、Ⅲ講演からみえる「上越地域における内発的学校改革」という項目で作成した。3人の元教育長の講演会記録を中心に、「上越地域における内発的学校改革」の内実を探り,教師の自律性、内発的学校改革を導くリーダーの姿などの教員としての在り方・生き方が整理できた。さらに,上越地域型・内発的学校改革モデルの要件を見いだすことができた。②論文「上越地域における内発的学校改革の実際ー「総合学習」の創造・発展に取り組んだ元教育長の講演記録を中心にー」を上越教育大学研究紀要第43巻（2023年5月発行予定）に投稿した。Ａ氏が若手教員の時期,「総合学習」にかかわる実践を積み重ねた時期,研究主任,教頭,校長として,研究推進や学校運営に取り組んだ時期,上越市教育委員会教育長として,上越市の教育行政を推進した時期のそれぞれにおいて，サークルの仲間や同僚，出版社，保護者・地域住民などとの相互作用を図りつつ,内発的学校改革を行ってきた実際について整理することができた。また,内発的学校改革の要因について検討したところ,「Ａ氏やＡ氏を取り巻く関係者が改革の主体となっていたこと」,「改革につながる教育活動にＡ氏の同僚や保護者・地域住民等が参加していたこと」,「「上越教師の会」や出版関係者等のネットワークをもっていたこと」,「改革を推進した学校内での教職員に信頼関係を基盤とした厳しい高め合いがあったこと」の4点について明らかとなった。③上越地域の生活科や総合的な学習の時間の黎明期や成長期の上越地域の学校の取組や実践に関する資料を収集したり,当時の研究に取り組んだ教員へのインタビュー調査を行ったりした。
