项目摘要

小学６年生を対象に、体育科の保健領域「病気の予防」と運動領域「体つくり運動・巧みな動きを高めるための運動」を取り上げ、統合単元プログラムとして作成し、２学級の担任を対象にその実践の成果とプログラムの有効性を検討した。その結果、①運動領域におけるラダーを用いたプログラムを通して単元前後の、反復横跳びの回数を有意に向上させることができた。②統合単元をとおして、実践をした2学級ともに、体育授業に対する「たのしむ（情意目標）」、「できる（運動目標）」、「まもる（社会的行動目標）」、「まなぶ（認識目標）」を高めることができた。③統合単元を一般化していくためには、体育の専門の有無に関わらず授業者が「保健領域」と「運動領域」のそれぞれのねらいを理解し、運動と健康との関連について児童に意図的に指導していくことが必要である。④授業後の同僚教師との協働的な学びにおいて、互いの実践的指導力を高めることができた。また、中学校において「体育理論」と「体つくり運動」を統合させる実践を行った結果、①新体力テストの結果を活用した「体力向上を図る体育理論」及び「個別最適な補強運動」は生徒に体力の必要性を実感させるために有効であると考えられた。②「ジャベリックボール投げトレーニング」を週3回、5分間、１ヶ月継続することで投能力を向上させることができた。③生徒が体力の重要性やトレーニング方法とその効果について理解し、得意な力を伸ばしたり、苦手を克服したり、生徒の実態や特性に応じた学習が展開できる可能性が示唆された。さらに、小学生の社会情動的スキル評価尺度作成を試みた結果、「自尊心」「思いやり」「社交性」「敬意」「自己制御」「目標への情熱」「忍耐力」の7因子21項目における質問項目が摘出され、この評価尺度は信頼性及び妥当性を備えており、小学生の社会情動的スキルを測定・評価することが可能であると考えられた。
